On Wednesday 28th December 2022, Lagos Food Bank will be reaching out and sharing love & hope with the visually impaired in celebration of the festive season with staple food items through the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program(TEFAP).
GOAL:
The goal of this outreach is to to mitigate the effects of the rising cost of food and other basic amenities through food relief distribution to the visually impaired within vulnerable communities.
OBJECTIVES:
- To provide access to healthy and sufficient food to the beneficiaries for the day
- To reduce the effects of high cost of food through the donation of food and other relief items.
- To bring hope to the hearts of the visually impaired in society
