We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self motivated fresh graduates who have completed the mandatory NYSC program for trainee positions in different departments of the organization. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to learn about different aspects of the organization and grow in the organization .
Program Structure
The LFBI Graduate Trainee Program program is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and professional development opportunities within the Lagos Food Bank Initiative. Trainees will be assigned to their preferred department, depending on their field of study and interests. They will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives.
Throughout the program, participants will be involved in meaningful work, gaining exposure to various aspects of the organization’s operations. This immersive experience is aimed at equipping trainees with practical skills, industry knowledge, and a solid understanding of the non-profit sector.

Requirements:
- 1 -2 years experience needed
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Must have finished the mandatory NYSC program.
Not more than 30 years old
A passion for social impact, community service, and development work.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficient in microsoft office suite especially excel
Excellent research and analytical skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to grow in the organization.

What are the working hours during the program?
Trainees will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, additional hours may be required during special projects or outreach programs.
