In celebration of a new financial year, Growth and Development Asset Management Limited (GDL) will be collaborating with Lagos Food Bank Initiative for a series of community outreaches to give back to society through the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) from Wednesday 17th – Thursday 25th of January, 2024.

The communities to be supported with nutritious food and relief items to sustain a family of 4 to 5 members for approximately 2 to 4 weeks include Ogundimu-Iwaya, Ilasa-Maja, Sagbokoji, Majidun-Ikorodu, Isolo, Mushin and Oshodi.

Lagos Food Bank Initiative remains committed to alleviating food insecurity by ensuring equitable access to nourishment for vulnerable but resilient households in low-cost communities. So far, the non-profit organization has reached over 2 million beneficiaries across Lagos state and its environs, with over 24,000 registered volunteers dedicated to being agents of positive change in the society.

    Having the low-income family at hearts and providing with food is a great humanitarian work, support people in this little way will go a long way to help them see that organization like GDL looks toward thier welfare and that will put smiles on thier faces well done GDL.
