Lagos Food Bank has announced that on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, the food bank will be hosting a food distribution for 25 different non-governmental organizations (NGOs) located in various regions of Nigeria.
This is aimed at providing nourishment to those in need, including individuals and families who require assistance. The food bank works in partnership with NGOs that focus on nutrition to increase their impact and ensure that more people have access to healthy and nutritious food, which is crucial for optimal growth, function, and health.
This partnership will provide non-profits across Nigeria with the necessary resources to end hunger and malnutrition throughout the country.
GOAL OF THE OUTREACH:
The outreach aims to provide food items and other relief materials to low-income families.
OBJECTIVES:
