In celebration of World NGO Day on Friday, 27th February 2026, the Lagos Food Bank Initiative, through the Food Bank Network Nigeria (FBNN) will support 7 credible NGOs with food grants to strengthen their efforts in providing nourishment to food-insecure households in low-income communities across Nigeria.
This initiative showcases the strength of collaboration and the vital role NGOs play at the community level. By providing timely food support to individuals and families facing hunger, while acknowledging the commitment of grassroots organizations serving vulnerable populations.
This partnership will provide non-profits across Nigeria with the necessary resources to fight hunger and malnutrition throughout the country.

The outreach aims to provide food items and other relief materials to low-income families.
