On Saturday, July 25, 2026, The Elevation Church and the Lagos Food Bank Initiative (LFBI) once again joined hands to serve vulnerable families through the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). As the first phase of the church’s annual Love Week campaign, the outreach brought essential food support and renewed hope to resilient women and households affected by food insecurity, reflecting a shared commitment to transforming compassion into meaningful action.

Held at the Lagos Food Bank warehouse in Mangoro, Ikeja, the outreach marked another chapter in the longstanding partnership between The Elevation Church and the Lagos Food Bank Initiative. Members of The Elevation Church worked side by side with LFBI staff and volunteers to package and distribute nutritious food boxes containing essential staple items for vulnerable families. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, teamwork, and joyful service as every act of kindness reflected the true essence of Love Week.

Speaking on behalf of The Elevation Church, Mrs. Abiodun Akuetiemhe expressed appreciation for the opportunity to once again partner with the Lagos Food Bank Initiative through the Love Week initiative.
