On October 24, 2026, Joy Kazeem chose to mark her birthday in the most meaningful way, by partnering with the Lagos Food Bank Initiative to give back to society through the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), at the Food Bank warehouse in Ikeja.

Arriving with a heart of service and compassion alongside her friends, Joy Kazeem brought positive energy and excitement to the Food Bank as she was warmly welcomed by the beneficiaries and volunteers present for the outreach.

Her participation during the packaging of the food items was filled with dancing and rejoicing as she and her friends joined forces with the Food bank volunteers to ensure each beneficiary went home with “joy in every box.”

During her address to attendees of the outreach, Joy expressed her long desire to impact lives through the Lagos Food Bank, and appreciated them for the opportunity to put smiles on the faces of needy families as part of her birthday wishes she intended to fulfil. She also appreciated the volunteers in attendance and promised that they will be seeing more of her in the near future, as a volunteer.

The activities of the day were seamless, thanks to the Food Bank team and volunteers who worked together to ensure a successful partnership. The beneficiaries danced in excitement as they received their carefully packaged food boxes, and sang birthday songs for Joy Kazeem in appreciation of her kindness and generosity.
