On Friday, 7th of July 2023, Nivea Nigeria, a leading cosmetic company in partnership with Lagos Food Bank Initiative would be reaching out to vulnerable households in the Food Bank premise in line with their Care Beyond Skin campaign. This serves as their way of giving back to their host communities, and to reduce the burden of hunger in the low-income communities.

As part of their several initiatives to give back, they are also looking to provide meals to Nigerians in need, through the Lagos Food Bank Initiative.

GOAL:
The goal of this outreach is to reduce the burden of food insecurity in the vulnerable population by providing them with healthy and nutritious staple food items that would sustain the beneficiary families for a period of 2-4 weeks.
OBJECTIVES:
- To provide nutritious food to indigent households for healthy living.
- To ensure proper circulation of food in low-income communities for optimal productivity.
- To reduce the prevalence of social vices influenced by poverty and hunger.
