On Wednesday, 21st of December 2022, Lagos Food Bank Initiative will be partnering with Allianz Nigeria Insurance Ltd to reach out to vulnerable women in Oworoshoki Community with staple food items and other relief materials through the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
The donated food items will last a family of 4/5 for about 2-4 weeks, thus reducing food insecurity and ensuring proper nutrition in vulnerable households.

GOAL:
The goal of this outreach is to provide access to healthy and nutritious meals to the vulnerable members of the Oworoshoki community, and thus improving their quality of life.

- To promote healthy living among the residents in the under-served communities through food donation.
- To encourage proper feeding habits and educate the members of the community on the right feeding culture.
- To reduce the impact of hunger and malnutrition among the vulnerable children in local communities.
