In a bid to curb food insecurity affecting children in low-cost schools, Lagos Food Bank Initiative will be partnering with Lekki Gardens on the 26th of March 2024 to provide nutritious meals and learning materials to young students through the Education Enhancement Intervention for Food Insecure Students (EDUFOOD) program.

GOAL:
The primary goal of the outreach is to provide nutritious meals to these children in order to improve the nutritional status and overall health of food-insecure school children
OBJECTIVES:
- To provide nutritional support to food insecure school children.
- To encourage school attendance rate and girl child enrollment.
- To enhance cognitive development and ability to concentrate and comprehend in class.
