On March 13, 2026, Lagos Food Bank Initiative will partner with Standard Chartered Bank through the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) to support resilient families facing food insecurity in underserved communities across three states; Lagos, Rivers (Port Harcourt), and Abuja.
Through the Food Bank Network Nigeria initiative, Lagos Food Bank will implement the outreaches in Port Harcourt in Rivers State, and Abuja through credible partner NGOs operating in the respective states, concurrently with the outreach at the Food Bank warehouse on the same day.
This outreach highlights the Food Bank’s commitment to sustainable food security solutions to promote equitable access to nutrition nationwide.
