On Tuesday, 15th July 2025, the renowned entrepreneur and humanitarian, Chioma Ikokwu, popularly known as “Chiomagoodhair,” and the Lagos Food Bank Initiative will collaborate through the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) to provide staple food items, decent clothing, and essential relief packages to sustain a family of five for up to two to three weeks.
At a time when living costs continue to climb, this intervention offers more than material support, it delivers dignity, security, and a renewed sense of hope for underserved families striving to survive.
GOAL:
The goal of this outreach is to alleviate food insecurity and to improve the nutritional and health status of resilient women and families in low-cost communities.
OBJECTIVES:
To provide staple foods and personal care items for the well-being of households.
To improve the nutritional intake of women and families living below the poverty line.
To encourage good health through the provision of nourishment.
