In the spirit of the Valentine season, a time to share love and kindness, Lagos Food Bank Initiative will partner with Cornerstone Insurance PLC to provide nourishing meals through our EDUFOOD School Feeding Program. This recurring partnership, scheduled for February 12th, 2026, will support food-insecure children in low-cost private schools across underserved communities, extending compassion where it is needed most.
ABOUT OUR PARTNER:
Cornerstone Insurance Plc was established to conduct insurance business in a professional, ethical and customer-focused manner. As part of its corporate brand strategy, the company implemented a re-branding exercise in 2008 to position Cornerstone as a leader in the industry, part of which was the unveiling of the new corporate identity for the company.
GOAL:
To ensure that children from low-income families have access to nutritious meals to enhance their school attendance and concentration in the classroom.
OBJECTIVES:
Consistently provide healthy meals to food-insecure school children.
Promote mental well-being through positive social interactions during mealtime.
