POLICY REMINDER AND ENFORCEMENT NOTICE 

As stipulated in the LFBI Employment Contract, employees are required to provide a minimum of one (2) month’s written notice prior to resignation, or pay an amount equivalent to two (2) month’s salary in lieu of notice.

This clause is binding and enforceable, ensuring adequate time for transition, proper handover, and minimal disruption to ongoing programs.

Employees who fail to comply with this policy act in breach of their contractual agreement and will be held accountable in accordance with established organizational and legal provisions.

The individuals listed below left the organization without fulfilling this mandatory obligation. In line with our commitment to transparency and integrity, their names are published here as an official record of non-compliance.

This serves as a clear reminder to all current and future employees that LFBI enforces its employment terms rigorously and expects full adherence to all contractual responsibilities.
