Amid rising inflation and fluctuating food prices, many households are struggling to afford food and basic necessities. This situation worsens hunger and food insecurity in vulnerable communities. In light of this, on Thursday, April 17th, Lagos Food Bank will be collaborating with Standard Chartered to support struggling families through the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). The Program is positioned to address hunger and food insecurity by providing food relief that can sustain a family for over two weeks. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goal to eradicate hunger and improve food security.
