As inflation surges and food prices remain unstable, countless families are finding it increasingly difficult to meet their basic needs. This deepens the hunger crisis in already vulnerable communities.
In response to this urgent need, Lagos Food Bank Initiative will be extending critical support to struggling households through its Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) on Saturday, April 26th. Designed to tackle food insecurity head-on, TEFAP provides essential food relief capable of sustaining a family for over two weeks—bringing immediate relief and hope to those hardest hit. This initiative not only offers a lifeline during challenging times but also reflects our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger, working toward a future where no one goes to bed hungry.
