On Saturday 24th June 2023, the Lagos Food Bank Initiative, in partnership with Citi Bank will serve aged women and widows at the Food Bank Warehouse through our Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) to provide immediate food, nutrition and relief materials to its beneficiaries.
Through collaborations with corporate organizations like Citi Bank, Lagos Food Bank is able to sustain vulnerable households and increase their reach to the under-served communities.

Citi Bank, is a leading global bank which serves more than 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions.
GOAL
The goal of this partnership is to reach vulnerable households with staple food items and their nutritional needs so they can focus their resources on other long term needs.
OBJECTIVE
- To provide under-served families with nutritious food and personal care items.
- To help beneficiaries cushion the effect of hike in price of goods and services due to increased fuel price.
- To strengthen the hope of under-served families.
