On the 7th of July, 2026, a recurring collaboration between JTA Foundation and Lagos Food Bank Initiative will take place through the Education Enhancement Intervention for Food Insecure Students (EDUFOOD), to support child education by providing nutritious school meals to young students in low-cost schools.

This initiative highlights the commitment of JTA Foundation to impact the lives of underprivileged children in the nation, leveraging Lagos Food Bank’s school feeding program in low-cost schools to encourage class attendance and improve focus, while ensuring general well-being through nutrition.

ABOUT OUR PARTNER:

The JTA Foundation was established to be the voice and light in the lives of underprivileged kids in Nigeria, Africa and as many locations as they deem fit. A non-profit organisation committed to ensuring that many less privileged kids get access to quality education, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4.

 

GOAL:

This outreach aims to provide nourishment to food-insecure school children to encourage attendance, boost focus, and maintain general well-being.

OBJECTIVES:

To distribute nutritious midday meals to young students.

To promote nutrition to improve learning and focus in class.
